Do you think there's still a glass ceiling still for women?

I haven't experience that glass ceiling because I might still be on what you would call the ground floor. In some areas, there might still be a glass ceiling there. I just haven't experienced it. IF there is one, women are getting a raw deal in that industry.

Yes, I do believe there is a glass ceiling for women. We are usually the lowest paid and take crumbs instead of the real meat and frankly, a person can get real tired of it. I know I am. If you qualified whether you be a man or woman, pay them! plain and simple. That's what I believe and go by.
