Nice to hear that you are breaking in that treadmill. Mine is still sitting, lonley, in the basement. I know on you pruchase post someone told you start off slow, yes? I would take it down a notch, or atleast stay away from that silly button. Take a day off from the treadmill and stretch those muscles! Good luck with the exercise. You almost have me motivated to go down to the dungeon, I mean basement, and revisit my old friend.

We are looking at purchasing a treadmill, but not sure what kind to buy. Don't want anything expensive though. Where did you get yours if you don't mind me asking? Once your body gets use to the exercise it will get easier. Start off slowly though and don't push yourself too much at first. Once you get into a rythm then increase the time and pace. Good luck.

It is a really good idea that before you exercise, to warm up a little and stretch gently. This helps to avoid any possible injuries. End your routine by cooling down and again, stretching. It is said that synovial fluid builds up in the muscles when we exert them. We must stretch our muscles out and cool down properly in order to work it through and stretch out our muscles, so we don't hurt as bad later on.

Hi there .. :D Wow, it's great to hear you exercise a lot I don't have a treadmill machine at home, so I seldom work out I became a member of a gym since about 4 months ago And running on the treadmill had become a routine in my daily exercise I also felt the same way like you If I ran too long, I'll feel pain in my leg, especially in my knee My trainer said it was because of the pressure against the track on the treadmill The way we run also cause the pain But we shouldn't let ourself stop exercising because of this Happy running .. :D

I know that pain! I started working out last week and my body hurt so bad for a few days. It feels better now, but my legs are still a little sore. I just keep telling myself it's a good pain! It means I'm building muscle and hopefully getting rid of some of this fat! Best of luck to you.

Sorry for the sore muscles. I envy your motivation. I bought a fat burning dvd and have only done it a handful of times. I just can't force myself to do it as much as I should. Keep up the great work!
