Somebody Help Me Please!!!

I also suffer from debilitating migraines (and I have asthma) and I HATE mt doctor. He doesn't listen. Be careful with the painkillers, even over the counter ones because you can end up with the dreaded rebound headache! I usually start with my painkiller (vicoden) and when that doesn't work I take three aspirin or ibuprofen, making sure to drink plenty of water. Dehydration can also cause or worsen a headache so drink lots of water! Sometimes a decongestant like sudafed helps, and sometimes rubbing vick's vaporub on my neck forehead and where my sinuses are helps. If there is somebody in the house with you, ask them to massage your neck and even your head to get some relief. Sometimes nothing works at all and the only thing you can do is go to bed. I hope you feel better soon, you have my sympathy, I had a headache last week that was so bad I spent three days in bed and had to make my hubby take care of the kids. I had a headache in my 20's that lasted over a month and nearly killed me, I had dropped down to less than 80 pounds from it, it was BAD.
