I have a friend who lives in Australia, I've never met her, she's a 'cyber-friend', I feel like I've known her a long time, I trust her implicitly. Unfortunately she's not able to get about by herself any more, she's quite young, she's under 30, so she can't get help for older people. I just would like to know if she would be entitled to a carer or if there's anywhere we can get information from for her. Any information would be really helpful, she can't move about too easily by herself at the moment, I think it's arthritis she's got, but possibly something worse, I'm not sure, I don't think the doctors are 100% sure as yet. As I said, any information would be really helpful, but only if you are Australian or can help find Australian information. I believe she lives in Victoria.
