This question generally doesn't come up around the cafeteria lunch table at work, and even the most inquisitive toddler wont usually ask it, but it is an important question nonetheless: How do you know that you know? This question was raised by one of my best friends during our discussions and I guess it is mind bugling any way. I may think of during examination days in my college. Our instructor will have to ask if I am really sure with my answers. I will have just answer back that I am pretty sure that I knew it. Then he asked me same question: How do you know that you know it? "Of course I knew it because I have studied it very well!". Then how did you know that your notes are accurate? Because I just have gave it to you? Did you ever checked that it was real?
Whew! A lot of questions that almost tear off my shoes! As far as I am concern, I know that I know it if have studied it, read it, somebody told me this, I have make researched it, have asked somebody who also knew it well.
How about you? How do you know that you know?
