I would never wear bedroom shoes to the store!

Oh my God! People kill me when they walk into the grocery store with their bedroom shoes on. This to me is so crazy and it makes me say if you have your clothes on then why not have on some appropriate shoes.I have been in Walmart and have seen people walking around looking any kind of way. To me that's ragedy looking. In the store you never know who you may meet and you are out in public looking just like you got out of bed. Either that and your head not being combed. This is a topic that needs to be enforced by business owners. There is no way a person will come into my place of business looking ragedy unless you are homeless. If you are not that means you have all the access to suitable shoes, clothing, comb and a brush. Next thing you know they will be wearing pajamas to the store. What do you think?

Ok dont get me wrong . Im talking about people who do have time to put on clothes. Some people just lazy and I mean lazy. so don't jump on me for having this blog I just wanted to see your response. I have 4 kids to and they all are young but I do take time to get myself prepared you never know who you might see . If you have illness or sickness I can see that and slippers are fine. Im talking aobut coming to the store teeth not brushed, head not combed, just stanking. There is no excuse for that.

Personally..no offence. i dont mind wearing anything out as long as i am covered and i think no body should have any problem with another wearing soemthing that is not to thier taste. Dressing is purely by choice and liberty should be given to all. esp to a store..doesnt require to be decently dressed afterall its not ur work place.

yes, i think that is is almost as bad as wearing pajama pants while out shopping. i dont see people wearing slippers that often as we are in canada and most often the weather is not condusive to wearing slippers outside.

I work in a store and people come in with pjs and slippers all the time. Some come in just out of work, some drunk, some dressed for office others just in jeans. I will admit that I have a bit of a problem with the smelly ones but it is ok...they move on from my nasal range rather quickly. I really don't care what people wear to be honest. Some of the getups are quite interesting, to say the least. I love it.

It doesn't bother me, but I don't spend my time wondering about other people. I have other stuff to do. I've worn slippers to Wal-mart before, but i'm married so anyone I meet at Wal-mart doesn't matter or they don't care because they know me. I only did that when I was pregnant though. I would hate to walk into your business if you had that rule. I always wear the "appropriate" shoes, but who are you to say what someones appropriate shoes are. What if they are wearing bedroom shoes because they hurt their foot or they didn't have a lot of time. Who even gives a crap about what people wear as long as they are buying your product. Seriously!

It kills me too. I just can't step out of the house looking any kind of way. I like to look presentable when I go somewhere, even if it is just Walmart. I usually see people like that at Walmart. I've seen some people wearing pajama pants before. I think its impossible for the businessess to enforce some time of dress code. Usually when I look my worst that is when I see alot of people I know. I always try to look my best. You never know, you might even meet your future husband/wife.
