hi friends, this is a very easy way to prepare ice cream on your own . i have some very easy ways, and i often keep making them., for this one, all you need to have in house is :- 7 egg yolks well beaten 2c sugar 3tbsp vanilla 1 can good thick milk 1/2 tsp salt 2 percent of whole milk now all the ingredients except milk in a blender . then add enough milk to fill a one gallon freezer. mix well and freeze to the desired consistency. like some people like a little soft style.i love a real hard freezed one. which is difficult to cut also. isn't this easy for you all there, dp try and tell me how you like it. i love this.
