Who do you admire most: Rizal or Bonifacio?

If you can change our national hero, would you replace Rizal with Bonifacio?
Or maybe you have other new heroes in mind?
Me, I think Rizal deserves to be the National Hero simply because he never faltered in defending the rights of his fellow Filipinos. Some people don't think he's fit to be the national hero because they see him as an elite, but he was born in a well-to-do family so he can't easily change that if he wanted to.

Yes...Rizal deserves to be the National Hero because he did many things for the Philipinnes by his writings...He is a real genius...Before, I like Bonifacio more, but when I took my Rizal subject way back in college, I realized that he deserve it and I was really amazed of all the things he has done for his fellow Filipinos.

I choose Lapu-lapu should be the Philippine national hero instead or either of those two or others. Because Lapu-lapu is the first actually who cried the battle from Spaniards invasions. And no doubt Lapu-lapu is a true blood Filipino. Not like Rizal or Bonifacio I think they have mixed with Chinese blood.
