Do you think they should make Pot legal?

I watched a show on TV the other day called Marijuana Inc. It was about the pot business in Northern California. It was very interesting, but it started my husband and I debating about if pot should be legalized. He is firmly on the side that it should be legalized using similar guidelines that are used with alcohol. I am firmly on the side that it should remain illegal. What do you think?
