by bulk please! I'm creating a feasibility study for myself because I'd like to start a small business - something that sells blank CDs/DVDs. However, I couldn't find any supplier with reasonable prices. Reasonable would be - cheap enough for me to profit from it and still pay for the expenses of renting a place for the small store and employing someone to be a sales lady.

hi if you're from philippines, The best places to buy blank cds/dvds is CDR-King or Global Village. It would be wise to ask them who their suppliers are and maybe set an appointment with somebody from those stores in order for you to start your business. If you have more money why not try franchising for CDRKing... that would be a great deal.

They don't offer franchise :D I researched about it because that was what I though of first. Then I figured that if I can't get a franchise then why not start on my own?

I don't think it's appropriate to ask other businesses who their suppliers are :P I don't know why but I don't feel comfortable about it. I guess I also won't relieve the answer if I were the one being asked because it would be bad for business.

Thanks for that information! Do you buy your cds from there? I heard that they're not very reliable and that I'd probably get low grade cds - if I retailed low quality cds, I might lose customers!

CDR-king so far offers the lowest price of CD/DVD as far as I know and yes they are not open for franchise. I heard it is own by a Taiwanese so I think he has a direct supplier from Taiwan and this could be the reason why it is sold at lower price. Maybe you can try the link given from the previous post.

I only buy my blank CDs from CDR king. Maybe you can look into franchising a CRD King instead? they have a complete line of gadgets from blank cds to keyboards and USB drives. It's really the best place to shop when you want to buy cheaper priced gadgets. As for DVDs, I think Divisoria and Quiapo are the best. I don't know where they get their supplies though. Good luck in your business!

I often buy my blank cd's and dvd's at CD-R king. A place of computer accessories. The last time I buy, the price of blank cd costs 5.00 pesos each and dvd costs 10-12 pesos each. Hope it helps you. Happy mylotting!
