Please help me with the techniques on how to improve traffic in my site... I emailed my site to friends and families... I started a group at social sites but the traffic is not improving....

I bookmark my sites at social bookmarking sites, I comment on related blogs and forums and I also write articles and submit them to article directories. otherr things you can do is start a related blog, Squidoo Lens and Hub Page. There are lots of things you can do just do some research.
