Being A Moderator Has To Be A Tough Job..

Hey Everyone. I am working in with some Paid to Post forums and if I see any threads against the rules of the site, I just report it. I was doing the same with NoExpiry also. I was then offered the Super Moderator Post in that site. I accepted that and after that I just have the feel that its my duty to find the ones who are against the rules and I am just doing that work rather than earning in that site. I got my 3 payouts in that site in very less period. After being Super Moderator, I am not even posting anything. Haha. But it seems to be good to be a Moderator of some site. Right?? Are you a Moderator of any site??

Hello my friend vidhyavini Ji, Well! I am not any kind of moderator anywhere, nor I would prefer to find out faults in other, as I understand "POINTING AT OTHERS IS LIKE CULTIVATING NEGATIVE WAY OF LIVING", so I personally avoid. These are purely my personal views. It is like remaining house-wife through-out my life OR may be remaining non-smoker. I want that people to learn themselves their mistakes and when time comes realize and correct themselves. I do not want to be super human. may god bless you and have graet time.

Its not being a super human. Of Course its not wrong to tell someone about their mistakes they are doing. And I am not a kind who just thinks about me and myself. Lol. If there is something that I can tell others, then I will definitely do it no matter what they think of it. Lol. Its just me of course. And am a Software Engineer. I want to have the skill of leading a team and so I think its of course a good thing for me. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

Ya by this time I must have reached some $7+ if I am not a moderator. Haha. But I am still with my $2+. And that happened just because I added the rules under all the sections. Haha.

congrats on becoming a moderator. i though that a moderator must be getting a good amount for moderating the site. you must be getting some amount to be a moderator. it must be higher than what you can make by posting there. or else no one will go to do a job if there is no increment in the pay that we get. happy mylotting!!!!

Nope man. I am not paid anything. As the site is new, there aren't enough sponsors for the forum and so we are not at the moment. Still we are happy working for it. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

Congratulations to your achievement. You deserve to get that position. Do you get paid for being a super moderator? You should be paid by the site since you are monitoring what is happening in the site. It's not an easy job. You really have to work hard to monitor who are really doing some spamming. The only consequences that you will encounter is that you cannot reach your pay out. You should have coordinate with the site owner about your incentives.anyway, congratulations to your wonderful achievements.

Nope man. I don't think there is any incentive. And I don't mind about that. The site gave me some unique position and I am just glad about that. This was the first site to give me that position and I will work for it. Haha. May be I will have to spend some extra time in posting. Haha. There are some other Moderators also. When they are online, I would try to concentrate on posting. Everything is achievable. I have to earn $12 before 5th of next month. Only then I can get paid. I will try my best. Haha. Happy to have your response and thanks for your wishes. Happy mylotting.

Thanks a lot for your wishes man. Nope. Its not an easy job to earn money being a Moderator. All our attention would be in finding the posts thats spamming the forum. When we are not the moderator, we would just spend our time in posting and the earnings will be fast as well. But its just a good feel to be a moderator of the site. We will be unique of course. haha. I loved it.

Yeah, I have seen that you are a super moderator at NoExpiry. What is the difference between a Moderator and a super Moderator? And how to become a moderator? By the way, congrats for being the super moderator.

I don't know about that. I have not seen any Moderators. All those who were appointed now are Super Moderators only. Just do something from your part. I do report the spam post and seeing that the admin offered me this position. And we have to be also active in the site. I think moderators will not be allowed to ban some users. I think so. Not sure. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.
