I know I'm gonna get sick soon when my joints start hurting and my eyes feel hot. That's the usual signs of cold for me - and cold means that my immune system is fighting something that's trying to infect my body. I also usually feel irritated about the smallest things - probably because my body isn't agreeing with me at that time.
These signs give me a heads up and I get a chance to prevent it - by taking an extra dose of Vitamin C and drinking even more water and getting more rest :)
How well do you know yourself? Can you tell if you're going to get sick soon?

yes i can always tell very very easily.. i get really tired quickly, very lethargic. i always get a slight sore throat to begin with before it becomes a cold or anything more. so i always push it out before it hits me.
i got for more runs and sweat it out and drink more water to flush it :]
because the second i give in to it it hits me hard

Yes. I know when I am going to get sick. If that is a cold. I would be sneezing very freqeuently. Then, having weak and cold body. I get the joint pains as well especially when I wake up in the morning.. I am like you, whenever I feel like that I take extra Vitamin C, and lots of water. In fact, these are main signs of getting sick or being sick. Take care. :)

I can tell when I am going to get sick with a cold, when my nose starts running and my throat feels sore. Actually, I felt this way last week, I was just getting over a cold, and did not want another one, so I took two vicks cold tablets. They really made me sleepy, but I did not resist the sleepiness. The next morning I woke up feeling fine. I am so glad I did that because it takes me so long to shake off a cold.

Yes I can, I normally experience sore throat first before I have a cold. At this point I will drink lots of water and lime juice.

hi there,
Oh for sure, My body sends out all sorts of signals that i'm going to come down with something. For me its the body aches and the chills and the tired feeling. I drink lots of orange juice at that time so i can get extra vitamin C.
