Buxguaranteed on gptbank???

I recently joined gptbank and there was a banner in the available sites on the top of the page that says GPTBank but when I went to register the URL is buxguaranteed.com. I was wondering if it was some king of a mistake? Is that a ptc that belongs to gptbank? I had to confirm two emails. One I received and the other I didn't. Are you a member at buxguaranteed? How do you use the site?
