Anxiety and over the counter

Do you think there are any over the counter medications that might not be expensive to try to combat mild anxiety? And do you think they work if you do use them at this time?3 responses

there isn't any that I know about,
though some people claim that herbal remedies work you have to be careful with that too, as mixing to the too may not be good for your and actually harm you. YOu can talk to a pharmacist about that.

I would ask a doctor before starting any anxiety treatments from over the counter.Get their suggestions on what would be best for you and what works and what doesn't.

I don't think they have medicines like that over the counter. You may have to go to the doctor.
