Steak sandwiches

Does anyone like to add green peppers or fried onions to your steak sandwiches? I know that I love a good cheese steak once in a while and fried onions and peppers really set it off right!

I don't like green peppers, so I would not be adding those to mine. When I have a cheese steak I like lots of onions and mushrooms on it. I always order extra of those two things.

Now you got my mouth watering back for one. And I have all the ingredients to..so I know what I am having for supper tonight..or maybe lunch if I can't last out that long..lol So what type of cheese do you use on yours? I like mine with Mozzarella but have used others cheeses when I didn't have any of that type of cheese.
