I like special fried rice but from the chinese restaurant, I really don't think people can cook fried rice like they do at chinese restaurants, and I guess that is logical, they know how to cook ...

You can also make chinise fried rice in home. But you need keen interest on cooking. One speciality of chinese is that they cook food in high flame and does the stirr fry and tossing food is their best part. Which makes food crispy. And taste good.

I'll have to go with chinese food. I like fried rice. Either plain or with chicken. There are times it just hits the spot. It is a great comfort food.
