my hp deskjet 920c series, will not download from disk.

cant download my hp deskjet 920c series software disk, my drive does work w/other cds, and it has worked in the past,

Welcome to mylot. Go to the Hewlet Packard website and find your printer download there and download it directly from the website. It is free.
