I don't think a person need more than two meals a day for living. Two meals if regularly and routinely taken can keep one in good health. I grow up eating two meals a day and I am still practicing that habit. I am quite well of physically with that. If only all the food that's a waste be properly channelise and given the poor, I believe, our world would be a lot more happy and different. How much do One really need to eat to live?

I think I remember reading somewhere that a perfectly healthy person should eat 2,000 calories per day to have the right amount of energy and what not. If you're overweight, eating less than 2,000 calories will help you loose weight. And if you're underweight, eating more than 2,000 calories will help you gain weight.

Thanks my friend for sharing. That's a wise research base input. But many people, I believe, consume food more than required. That's wastage of resources. Isn't it?
