I started my salad diet this year. I make it a point that I always have my servings of vegetable salad everyday. And this is quite a challenge. Having salad everyday can be tiring. But then, we all know that the secret to the best salad is the dressing. So... I NEED HELP! Tell me, what is your best dressing for a salad? Can you share a unique recipe for the best salad dressing?

I'm absolutely in love with the Ken's brand of Honey French. However, it has to be used in moderation because it contains a lot of sugar. I use the recommended amount over spinach, cucumbers, shredded cheese, chick peas, green peppers, and crutons.

i make a honey mustard dressing that is sooooooooo good. u can use sweetner instead of sugar, it's good on other things besides salad. it's great on chicken strips & other kinds of meat.

My favorite dressings are a nice raspberry vinnaigrette dressing, or also blue cheese. Both are very good on most salads, and aren't bad for you either.
