If President Obama wants to solve our countries problems he should sit down and read a good Fairy Tail. When I was a child my parents would read us Stories including Fairy Tails. As I have been thinking of the economy one story came back to me and it shows how simple it is to solve our problems. The story is the "Elves and the Shoemaker". For those who never read or heard the story is is simple. An old shoemaker was down on his luck (in an economic depression) and only had enough leather to make one pair of shoes. The shoemaker was going to make one last pair of shoes as he had always done (like the government doing everything the same old way) so he set aside the leather to work on it in the morning. That nigh two little Elves came (entrepreneurs) and made a different kind of shoe (market demand) out of the leather. The next morning s the old shoemaker and his wife were amazed to see the new shoes a customer came in and h paid a premium price for the shoes. Now the shoemaker had enough money (profit) to buy leather for two pair of shoes. It wen on for a week and the shoemaker recover from the depression and decided to reward (Pay) the elves with some clothes and boots. Moral of the story is to let the entrepreneurs work and earn their just reward and things will improve and you will create wealth.
