You Cubez - Anyone got paid ?

I have only just joined this site, although I seem to only be able to click on one paying advert a day, but 20 ads (cubes) that provide cube cash. You also seem to earn by playing games. I haven't quite worked it out, it doesn't seelm as clear as just clicking a few ads, but what I am wondering has anyone actually got paid at this site ? Or can anyone explain exactly what you have to do to maximise your earnings (without paying out for an upgrade) Thanks in advance
