Downloading music for free

Should music on the net be free or should you have to pay?
Personally if i like a song i'll buy it on C.D. as I like to physically have it and the booklet.

i think you should have to pay for it because CD's are slowly getting pushed out in favor of downloading but i guess in that case you should download as many free tunes as you can while you still can

Its terrible, I am a law student and the amount of msuic i download is obscene. The thing is though, CDs and the like are very costly, and the absic tenants of economics say that competition can only be good!
If record companies reduced their prices, then yes I would be more willing to pay for CDs, as it stands though I refuse the money they demand.

I like music.There are some websites which providing music for free.We can download them also.
