Do you dance?

If so, do you just let go or are you embarassed? Are you a free spirit or do you dance like everyone else? If you don't dance, why not? What do you do instead?When I am at home, by myself I am probably a horrid dancer but I let go...I have fun and dance crazy. One day I will be able to do so anywhere and not care but right now I am too shy and embarassed to do so. When I go out to clubs or anywhere that has dancing it will depend on who I am with and whether they like to dance. Sometimes I will just sit and socialize. With other friends I will be dragged onto the dance floor and I will usually have fun, but I stick with "mainstream" dancing.
What about all of you?

i love to dance! when i was younger - well im only 26, but BEFORE KIDS.... i was too nervous and would end up sitting and socializing, but now i dance and love every bit of it! im too late though, as my husband does NOT like to dance so i am out of luck when it comes to going out dancing. so i dance with my kids and in the car and just about everywhere else!

what styles? Do you have your own? Do you let go or do you do what everyone else is doing?
