Mobile Keypad life ...

Hey all .. I like to have a discussion about mobile keypads .. let it be a nokia, samsung or motorola.. it all depends how you frequently you are messaging .. my keypad life is very short .. About a maximum of 7 to 9 months .. Then i need service engineer to replace it ... wat about you?

I've been using the same Nokia phone for 3 years now and the keypad is still good as new. I don't really include my fingernails while typing so i guess that helps a lot in extending the life of my keypad eventhough i was a heavy texter back then. I'm curious, what cellphone are you using? What model? Because there could be some phones with keypad that easily gets damage on frequent use.

I am using Samsung SGH J600 .. its keypads are so soft that it may get worn out very easily .... Inmy view nokia gives better key pad life .. but still more SMS will worn out keypads easily ... I sometimes cross 150 messages per day .. !!!!
