Tea is one of the greatest cultural treasures of chinese civilization . Tea was historically discovered by the legendary emperor , Shennong,who believed that water was safe to drink only by first boiling it. Do u like to drink tea? what kind of the tea do u like ? iron goddess, malt tea, oulung,ptisan,scented tea? or others?

My husband and I are big tea drinkers. We enjoy our hot cup of tea after dinner. I prefer loose tea regular tea. I do also enjoy green tea and white tea on occasion.

Well true, i usually use them because Sleep gets reduced with tea thats why we have it during exams to get out of sleepiness.
