My Secret Sleep Aid

I work all different shifts so I have a real sleep problem. I have become somewhat nocturnal and could not fall asleep for anything. I didn't want to get dependent on sleep aids, so I talked to my doctor about my options. He told me to try Melatonin, a natural sleep aid. I take two before bed, and I fall asleep easy in 20 minutes or less. I feel relaxed and get a deep, good night sleep. Anyone else use Melatonin? Its great, and non habit forming. I recommend it to anyone who has a sleep problem.

I just got some to try, however found myself waking up at 5AM when I took it for some reason. I am glad to see you take 2...that is what I was thinking I would need to make it through all the way until the alarm clock!

It really helped me! I wake up and feel so well rested, I haven't felt this good in a long time! I hope it helps you out too, I've never had sleep problems before until now and I hate it! Nothing is worse than not being able to sleep!

I use it and I like it very much as well. It is good because it naturally occurs in the body and there is nothin artificial about it. Someone else started a discussion on it and came to the conclusion that it was something that her friend should try.
