Anger Management.

We have seen people who are working in customer care center or marketing. They have many experiance of angey people. But have you seen any customer care executive reacting to any body. They always giv responce. Though this is their duity but this is not easy to handle angry people with cool mind. What do you think?

Anger is a form of energy.. negative energy in the body. The easiest way to control you anger is to start backward counting from 10.Try to think something else i.e take your mind away from the thing or topic which has triggered anger. When angry, you are full of energy(negative) .Spend it by jogging, skipping ,jumping ,running or playing squash.Watch a nice comedy movie or think of a funny moment in yourlife so that you can laugh away your anger.It's not possible to be not angry or avoid anger every time but we can control it before it blasts our head with its heat.

Amit its an art to handle the situation. & you have to learn this art. if you will start the pacticing the "Yoga" & "Pranayama" its help you lot. be calm & cool while you are handling the calls, dont express your anger , just close your eyes & count 1 to 10. hope this will help you lot.

hi amit, you are right, but when we try to understand that why the person on other side is angry then we will be able to assist them. The best way to keep ourself cool is to be professional dont take it personally. what you think?
