additional facts for healthier body: ive read an article about nutritious diet, im trying this for 2 weeks and its very good. haha, here it is. when you wake up in the morning, just drink water, for about 2 glass then dont eat after it. you'll see after 20 to 30 mins you'll going to need bathroom. and then, after eating, instead of drinking cold water or coffee, drink hot tea, with honey and cinammon. p.s: no sugar! it's really effective. it's good for digestion and if you have insomnia, the honey will lessen it. it can be used as a sedative and a tranquilizer. and before going to sleep, drink 2 glass of water again.

I need to lose weight, and I have digesting problems. I definitely would like to try. There are various ways to lose weight, the important thing is to have perseverence. By the way, in addition to food control, maybe excercises are also needed to keep one energetic.
