Have anybody tried this simple recipe?

I am not a fan of salad myself, however, the school I used to be at served it like every other week. I worked with them one week and noticed they used a very similar recipe to that, I don't think they used the lemon juice though...hmm...interesting.

I have gone into various all you can eat buffet's and quite a few of them served a carrot salad. They had also thrown in some raisins along with it. It's delicious but I have never actually tried making it myself. Thank you for this simple recipe. I love carrots and am looking forward to trying it. ~proudnana~
