When I try to watch movies it keeps saying that i've watched on more than one computer and won't continue. I only have one computer so how can I watch on more than one. I called customer service and they were very rude, instead of helping me they told me to wait a day. How is waiting a day going to fix this error which is on their end?

That is weird! I wonder if someone has hacked into your account and are watching the online movies? I hope customer service gets this fixed. I'm sorry to hear that they were rude to you too. This is bad business! I've only tried to watch an instant movie once and the connection was just too slow. Since both my husband and I log in, this could be a problem for us too! Thanks for bringing it up. I hope you also post a response tomorrow after your one day is up and let us know what happens!! Have a good one!

Thats weird. I have done it on different computers and never got that error. Did you download the stuff for you to watch it on your computer? I would keep calling netflix untill you get an answer. Its never the same person you talk to. Just dont' be rude to them or they will get irritated and be rude back.

I called again and this time the gal was helpful, she sent me a link that allowed me to update my player and I can watch movies now yay! And unlike the guy before she didn't brush me off. She listened to what I said.

Congratulations on getting the problem resolved. I love the watch instant feature on netflix. I have been spending so much time on myLot though that I haven't watched anything this week, lol. There are so many movies I feel I wouldn't get to see if I didn't have netflix. Lots of independent and "foreign" films I wouldn't have heard of otherwise.
