This is the case made by opponents of his stimulus package. His so called "make work pay credit" is aims to spend about 75 % of the package and will help low and middle income earners cushion the tight liquidity situation.
How do you feel about this situation ,do you think the tax breaks should only go to persons who pay taxes or any society should try to cushion its poorer class of persons especially in tough financial times ?.Or do you believe that they should tax the low income earners according to the amount you earn (a pay as you earn situation )so that they can later be given these breaks according to the amount they contributted in the first place ?

I look at low income families in two different situations.
1) They brought it onto themselves by not pushing, however do not go and get mad when I say this because I am aware a lot of times this is not the case
2) They should pay taxes like everyone else, however they really can't afford it.
So I believe that there should be a low income basis of where observation is done so that way they can see what the situation is. Yes, this may cause some uproar, however, it would at least be fair.

To answer your question,It so happens that, some of the tax cuts are usually used by those who dont pay tax well or not pay at all, they are smart enough to utilise it.but that what happens when the recession happens across the globe, there is no alternative, but the bright side is that not many fall into the non-paying category .

I haven't really heard enough about it to say much about his plan but I do believe the hard workers making less than enough to support themselves, let alone a family, should be the first to receive tax breaks. It only makes sense. A majority of the population is not wealthy and those that aren't shouldn't be punished even more because of it. A lot of people truly bust their butts every day just to make ends meet and it's hard enough to deal with the daily grind without having to worry even more about dang taxes.
