Do coupons have to be a certain value before you'll use them?

I've been thinking about this for days. A few days ago, we went shopping for a few items. I needed a new thing of deodorant and had a coupon for the brand that I normally buy for 20 cents off one of any kind. So, I took it to the store and used the coupon to get 20 cents off my purchase. I only saved 20 cents at the store but I still used the coupon. I know some people think that's kind of crazy and can't understand why you'd use one coupon that really didn't save you much at all at the register. Are you that type of person or will you use a coupon for anything regardless of how much it saves you at the register?

I am a coupon clipper. I take my box of coupons with me whenever I go to the grocery store. So yes I will use a coupon for everything. I'm trying to save money any way that I can regardless of the price.

Yes I love coupons and use them all that I can I even print them off from different sites and use them. www.coupons.com has some great one. I feel that some is better then none. I have went been known to use one or 20 coupons before. Every little bit helps.. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

I only use coupons for things that I usually buy and only if the coupon will make the product cheaper than the store brand. So many time the coupons I see are for things I don't normally buy. I just bought Starkist tuna in the pouch with some coupons I got in the mail. I got One 6 oz pouch for free then $1.00 off either pouch of 4 oz or 6 oz. any way I got the 4 oz free because they were less than a dollar at Walmart.

Depends. If it is a coupon for eating out, it may have to be a real deal. But not so much with grocery coupons. A penny saved is a penny earned as they say. It usually has to be for something I will use on a regular basis. Right now I would use diaper coupons. Those are pretty rare.

A coupon is a good as money. Why wouldn't you want to save? Deodorant is expensive anyway, I wish they had a coupon for what I use. The best time to go is during double coupon day.

That's my theory on the matter. People do not redeem many coupons anyway when there are so many out there for use. So why not use them, regardless of their value?

No, they just have to be for something we need ^_^ twenty cents off may be twenty cents we don't have later, I'm not choosy. Every little bit shaved off, is more we have later...it adds up.

Na a coupon is a coupon i like money off of anything even if its only a couple of cents. I put the money i save into a tin these days and save it so i'm actually saving the money that i save using coupons.
