a special place in the house where i hang out

hiya all!
alright, i know that it may not be that special for other people in my house, but it is special to me. so please hear me out. we live on the third floor of a commercial building. we do have a small garden, but it is so cramped. we at least we get to see greens around us and then the wall.
but there is a special spot that i go to, either early in the morning, late in the afternoon, and early in the evening. that is where i get to breathe fresh air--and that is the laundry area. it is an open area and away from direct sunlight and the fresh breeze goes in. it has a roof and grills all around, and area where i can just sit and think. i like it there.
this morning i went there. my night with my husband wasn't so good. i needed fresh air, so i went there. i also go there when i don't want to talk to people. anyway, after a few minutes there, i am back here in my room mylotting. i feel so heavy.
sigh...although peculiar, but that is my special place in the house. how about you? where is your special sanctuary in the house?

Hello spoiled311,
I don't really have a special sanctuary in my home. But I think I love to be in my room. I feel cozy and my mind feels lighter whenever I spend my time alone in the room. Of course, I don't have that privilege very often... In fact I spend my time mostly in the kitchen and at the living hall watching movies with my hubby.

I don't really have a special place in the house. We have a small apartment and everywhere you turn is a wall. Anyway, I like to spend time in my room on the computer, especially when my daughter is napping or sleeping, but I need to get a mobile connection to do so or get a router. Must seriously think about that very soon.
