I make scarpbooks for my own personal use. I started, so I could share my pictures with family and friends, but living in my Mothers home I never have any company, so I guess I am just mainly scrap booking for my own personal use and we don't have family reunions these days. Everyone lives to far away.

My husband's family has a reunion every five years. At the last reunion, I actually scrapbooked that reunion and gave it to his parents as an anniversary present. They were celebrating their 55th. Everyone loved it. My girl friend and I have a website where we do blogs and podcasting on scrapbooking, although we have been bad and have not updated it recently. It's at www.scrappinsistersaz.com.

Scrapbooking is totally fun, its one of the craft that is enjoyable and momentous when you take a look at them back. A good scrapbook doesnt necessarily to be expensive, you can use your creativity, like for instance your first trip to a certain place you can spice up you scrapbook page with a real plane ticket and few tricks on. Giving a scrapbook to the family members would truly be a wonderful token that worth keeping !
