How do you deal with grief and sadness? They say some people deal differently, and I've witnessed it firsthand. Through my job, people pass away all the time, and you have to talk to their family members. Some people cry hysterically, some people are quiet....I've even had a few that laugh, and thats kind of weird. How do you deal?
