Chinese are famous for their cuisine . Chinese are the ultimate gourmet .Especially in south China , they would say they'd eat everything that has four legs besides the dinner table ,everything that has two wings besides a plane .Many of the dishes served in China may really surprise newcomers .And many of these dishes are so called medicinal dishes believed to have extraordinary nutritional value , including Shark Fin,Swallow Nest.

That sounds very interesting. I guess the food probably does have high nutrient value. I would not want to go to a restaurant where they are serving dog or cat or soemthing like that though. I do really want to visit China someday though. It is defintely a place on my to do list to travel to.

Yes,I like Chinese food and i can do that .Chinese people believe that U can have a better life if you eat in a reasonable way.

Yes, there are eight major Chinese cuisine, China's food is a study, there are already thousands of years of history. I like to eat Shandong cuisine, spicy, I love spicy food. Pepper on our body has many advantages. Loud laugh, welcome to my friends come to enjoy in Shandong Shandong cuisine.
