Daily Cent Payout?

I have twice now requested payout from dailycent and still haven't gotten it. The 1st time it just went back into my balance, this time its still pending. Have I fallen into another scam? Or is there something about Alertpay that I'm missing and could that be why its not going through? Thanks in advanced for your response!

wait for a few days or at most 1 week. if you still have not receive your payout, you might have been scam.

That's what I was wondering about- what is an acceptable time to wait for a site to payout- I guess I'll just wait and see what happens. Thanks for responding!
