Oh i see, actually there is no need to take nap everyday, i think, when you are really tired, you should take a rest, don't ever push yourself to much...

I take a brief 30 minute nap a day. The reason is I push my body so much I just all of sudden go to sleep. I think it be a power nap. After that nap I'm ready to conquer anything.

I generally take at least one nap a day, often in the morning. I live in a senior citizens modular home park, where we have a clubhouse where residents have their mailboxes. Often I take a nap from 9:30 until 10:30 in a recliner while I wait for the mail to come. Very refreshing and it keeps me going for thr rest of the day. I think naps are good for my health, since they release stress and clear my head. I believe medical research supports this. Since I snore, it is better when sitting in a recliner, since I don't snore sitting up.

yup same. But sometimes these "cat" naps take much longer. Haha. Whenever my mum says she wants to take a "cat" nap, it'll often be till the next morning. Well of course her "cat" naps start from 10pm. She often vows that she'll take a 2 hour nap and awake to resume her never-ending pile of work to complete. But the naps normally stretch all the way till the next morning. it's funny. Honestly.

I try not to take naps. I like the sleep part, but I always seem to wake up from a nap more tired than when I laid down for the nap
