I am doing alot of jobs right now, so I am thinking alot... Using my brain alot gives me headache, pain in my eyes, and even hand pains coz I am using my computer... I am currently developing tests for my students, but I couldn't come out into something.. Well, it's getting harder and harder as time passes by and nothing ever come out.. Have you ever found yourself stack in the same situation? what did you do then? kindly share.. thanks in advance^^

I read a lot. I also watch the news as well as belonging to numerous Political list serves. I feel like I am pretty informed of whats going on in the world. Many times people who are less informed ask me what they should do about a situation because they know I am following it.

Hi cripfemme~~ hope i can get that kind of attitude even for an hour.. coz with me, i just don't have time watching tv especially news. SO whenever my friends talk about something about it, I am outcast :( .. anyway, i just give my opinions.. :)

Mylot's a change of pace, and that's restful. I've been grading my students' papers, and after a while, the words begin to swim around on the pages, and I'm just worn out. A couple of discussion posts do the trick, and I'm re-energized to return to the task.

Take rest at intervals inbetween. Also have the right sitting posture if you are doing a desk job. If you are using computer, take note of the light setting of your room. They decide how much more or how much less pain your eyes have to suffer. It will be better to keep the light source on the top of your head and at a little to the front. Also try to do your job with an interest in it. If you don't have try to make it forcefully. After all you will not end up in the job that you like everytime. Try to be happy and have a good relation with your co-workers. In that way you can be saved from hlf of the stress related problems.

Being in front of your computer is one thing and thinking another altogether. I recommend walking away for a little while to collect your thoughts and rest, then go back in. When I first started out, I had similar thoughts yet just like any new work out program, the next days always suck.
