I don't know if I got your question clearly...
But all you do, is read the review and when you get right to the end, you'll have the option to rate it...
So read then rate..

you can rate one by one. Earnings in ciao is based on the ratings you receive in your reviews. You can read some tips on how to boost your earnings in ciao by visiting my website blogs. check it out under blogs section and chose Ciao category.

Marina makes a very good point, have you not read the guidelines for the site? It amazes me how people don't bother to read the guidelines on the actual site but come here and start a discussion about something which is clearly discussed in the site itself. No wonder people are getting banned every day for abuse.
If you read a review and want to leave a rating you are free to do so, but it is perceived that you are just leaving ratings without reading the review this can lead to your account being deleted. There are too many people on the site who are just greedy and think they can make quick money by going around rating all the reviews they read with positive ratings hoping for reciprocal ratings. I have read some real rubbish on the site which is not even legible in English and which have received inflated ratings from members hoping to make quick money. This is not how people should be behaving on the site. When these substandard reviews get deleted so do all the ratings associated with it so people will have just wasted their time. As far as I'm aware you make 1 cent per rating when rating other people's reviews but this could be stopped soon with the amount of abuse going on there on the site...
