Runescape VS. Frugooscape

What do you think is better Runescape or Frugooscape. Because my friend said that frugooscape is better because you level faster. but the problem with frugooscape is that you can use bots and you can hack (therefor hacking your character). I prefer runescape because it takes time and you cant cheat.
