My 5 yr old daughter wants to be a superstar..........lol

She told me and her daddy she wants to be famous. I asked her what does a superstar do and her answer was I am going to be on TV, Movies, I can sing and dance. What kind of things are you looking to get from being a superstar and her answer a boat, airplane, jag or benz...........lol....My side was hurting by the time she was done I had to explain to her that I was not laughing at her and her dreams I was just surprise she has such big goals for herself at 5.........I have enrolled my baby in acting classes and she was already taking dance and she loves it. I just don't want to be that mother..........Any advice to how I can be watchful for my baby and myself?

well its harmless thats she into all that when i was little i would always play doctor with my dolls and i have ben refineing that idea of doctor ever since i have know that i wanted to work with kids and now i know i want to work with kid who have autism and i truely think thats what im going to do dont push her to do anything she dosent wane to but encourage her

lol. I have had a similar experience. My daughter want 4 kids. ALL girls, and she has the names picked out. She even has the house she wants to live in picked out.She wants to be an artist and a Cowgirl. I don't have any stage mom advice. But it is cute how they get these plans all made out at such a young age. I don't remember being so decisive.

I think just allow her to do the things she already is. Don't push her and let her decide if she wants to do something. And if she decides she wants to quit acting classes or dance let her, and help her find something she would want to do instead.

well, it's good she's ambitious. from the look of it, she's going to be famous and make u proud. there lots of celebrity that started at a very young age, even younger than five, like the olsen twins for exapmle. just do ur best to surport her, and let God take care of the rest. good luck.
