this girl was so afraid of being put in state custody that she stayed with her family even though her father was molesting her and she had FOUR babies by him!! not to mention the father killed one baby and the others died (except for 1 i think) from neglect etc!!
this definitely says a LOT about how bad the child protective system is in some places when people rather stay and put up with this horrible stuff than go into foster care!!
the mother is getting into trouble but is already out of jail on bond!! that makes me have a lot of faith in the system!!
ive known several people that were put in foster care and i have heard some horrible stories about the foster families but i would still think it would have been better than what this girl was going through..
has our system for protecting kids gotten this bad?? that abuse is SAFER or less SCARY than the original crime?? i wonder why her teachers didnt do anything? wouldnt they think after seeing her get pregnant 4 times from the age of 13 to 18 that there was something going on?? do you think its common now for kids to do whatever it takes and suffer through awful things just so they can avoid the system??
this whole thing enrages me!!

It sounds to me like she has been brainwashed. She probably should not have been given a choice in the matter, and probably should have been taken away...

i wish her sister would have ratted on her to where she would have had a chance at maybe having a better life..

the stroy is horrible. i am feeling bad for the helpless girl. she must be in great danger. she should be assiste by the law and authorioty and i think her mental condition is not so that could becasue she was abused by a person.

When I watched this story on some news channel at my moms house I heard that the oldest daughter was the one who went an told the cops about her dad and when he was doing to her sister. They also showed the grandma to the girls in a video and she was all innocent and saying "I never knew anything!" and you can tell just by looking at her she is lying. Even the mother of these girls said she didn't know what was going on BS!! living in a tiny trailer and moving all the time and seeing your daughter pregnant having babies and there are no boys hanging around COME ON! that woman is in serious denial. This whole story makes me so mad at that man he is a sicko! Can you imagine how many other families out there who are going thru this same thing? Makes me sick to think about it. More and more of families like this are going to come into the light with all the things on tv on children speaking out and people who advocate for children who are abused, sicko's like this will be more and more exposed. !!!!!! (thats my angry fist shaking lol)

yeah thats what i dont get.. there is no way that mom couldnt know since her daughter kept getting pregnant.. you would think the teacher seeing some one that young getting pregnant over and over again would have tried to see what was going on.. unless she was the kind with a ton of boys around at school or something to where they just assumed..
