i wonder if this means she will leave the view?? a lot of people want her off as is so this would be a perfect way for her to leave on her terms and not because people hate her!! no matter what congrats Elisabeth!!

I don't see her ever leaving The View. She really has taken a beating the last few years for all her right winged non wavering support. If she made it through that, why leave now.
Actually Obama getting elected is probably going to make things easier for her. She is going to go on the offensive now and be able to rip apart anything and everything that he tries to do. Don't get me wrong, she drives me crazy, but the panel is already so lopsided toward the liberal view, without Hasselback, it would mostly be a love fest.
