Random testing in high school

What are your thoughts on random testing for students here in the Philippines? I saw it in the news two weeks ago if im not mistaken. One student said that it's against his rights to be tested against drugs. I agree with him that being tested against one's will is a way to violate his rights but he has nothing to hide then there is nothing to worry about? What do you think? Do you agree with the random drug testing?

I think it would be a good idea to include college students. Seriously. But anyway, high school students should be tested because when I was in high school, I had a lot of friends who were using. I don't think it's a violation of rights because first of all, it was already in the news so that gets rid of the element of surprise.
