If we want to to exercise. Then what time is best for to do. I think early morning is best time for exercise. That time is full of fresh air and full of energy too. WE can do exercise as we want. But i want to give suggestion that if we are beginer then first day do exercise for some time. After that day by day increase the time.

you don't mention what type of exercise you're doing. i'm a runner. when i first started training for a marathon, i picked a certain distance and walked/ran until i ran the whole distance, then adding more distance as i ran more. i began running 1 day, off 2 days, run 2 days, off 1 day, until i was running 6 days a week. personally, i prefer early morning - it's quiet, very little traffic, very little wind, and i enjoy running alone with my body, mind and soul. also, running in the morning gets it out of the way just in case something comes up during the day and prevents me from running. good luck.

I think the best time to exercise is in the mornings. Before breakfast would be a good idea. I like to go walking in the morning when the air is fresh and I am awake. Also its nice and peaceful out in the early morning.
