How Can I cope With stress from School?

It have been stressed, because I need to read for my exams and other class project at school. I can't even think straigh. When I try have fun, I fill Ishould be preparing for one project or the other. since i got into college it have always been like that. I can't cope with this! I will appreciate all contributions to this topic... thanks

Try to do an organised kind of working. No university gives a syllabus that is too hard to cope with. So what you need to do is start doing things smartly. Some people sit down for studying a chapter but won't get finished even after a day. But some others do it in no time. This is because their way of studying is different. You need to study and do projects consciously rather than like a daily chore. When you do that you are able to bring more of your focus in to what you are doing and so there will be less number of mistakes and the time spend will be more productive. Also don't try for a goal that is too distant for you and your ability. Doing some exercises like Yoga will good for fighting stress.

Hey this is really a very bad time but you know coping up with situation is very easy. See you know that you have to complete your project Homework and all but the same time you want to have fun too. So why not you put some time for your play like one hour from whole your study hours and think of only trying something other than your studies like try to do something on your hobbies. ---- Singing then listen music ---- some sports then watching that sports ---- playing with friends then move out to play with frinds ----Try somthing good in cooking Just try this, you'll feel better. this is a very subjective q.. this is a fact that people can't totally vanish their stress... therefore, make more friends and control yourself from doing worthless thing to avoid more problems and stress.. to face ur exam.. about 1 or 2 weeks before the exam, try to befriend with studious people.. I don't meant to just use them, but isn't make friend is good habit.. *you can make a different!

please concentrate on your class while teacher is taking lessons. it will make your study time less. you can do your other works or play. hear some melodies songs that may reduce your stress.

Hi,fredgodwin!~Here,you are not alone.I came accross the same problem as you.It is not easy to overcome the stress.When I face to problem,I tell myself that I will learn more during the process of preparing for those project. I found the condition will be better if I prepare for the project as early as I can and often discuss with professor about the subject during the class.I don't know whether this will help you or not,after all,our background are different at all.Anyway,good luck to you!~Believe yourself!~ Happy mylotting!!~

My piece of advice is to try to find an outlet. If you like to write,play sports or whatever... something's bound to be there to save you from this madness. And don't think about campus too much. You're worth more than what your transcript says. =)
