Red shirt on Valentine's Day?

Is there such a "color coding" thing during Valentine's Day? Some people say that red signifies that you are inlove. If you are wearing blue or black than you are loveless. Do you agree? What color are you planning to wear this Valentine's Day? Will you just wear whatever feels comfortable? Or will you just wear your favorite color?

I sometimes wear red or pink on valentines day, but do so to be festive. I have never heard of the color coding you described. Not sure if I am going to wear red or not this year, I guess we will see how I feel that day.

In my country, people seem to wear red on valentine's day. A lot of people now find it cheesy/corny. I've worn black shirts for the past three years. This Valentine's day might be different...

I don't know anyone that dresses specifically to signify their love/relationship on Valentine's Day. I guess if you are going to an event or just feeling festive, sure why not? :) And yes, I have known people who dress in dark colors on Valentine's Day as sort of a "protest" against love LOL Un-Valentine's Day, as it were. Personally, I don't dress for the day... and it's not in my plan for this year either :)
