I like chicken cooked in several different ways and among them is fried. I don't usually like to boil it. It does not seem like it comes out as good. How about you guys. Boiled or fried?

I will either fry or broil. The only time that I will boil is if I need to make chicken broth and then I'll just use the meat in salad because all of the flavour is gone. Sometimes I will bake (roast) a whole chicken with stuffing, but that's a main in the rear. When I broil, I will usually coat with either a mojo criolo or Caribbean jerk seasoning. Most of the time I will just buy deboned chicken and cut it up for either a Thai curry or Kungo Po chicken. Sometimes I will use it for Pad Thai.

hi bama i love fried chicken .. there is one receipe that u can try, fry yoyr chicken whhole chunk ... then you use the spagetthi sauce .. well u stir fry diced onion in little bit of oil, you put in some button mushroom, carrots depending on preference, stir until golden brown, then u add 5 spoon of spaghetti sauce as it comes to sezzle, you drop in your fried chicken and stir it together ... if you want to add spice you can use a bit of chilli powder cheers

I like it fried, but I really never have it that way. It's got too much fat for me. My favorite way to have chicken is roasted or grilled.

Boiled chicken is better for you, but fried chicken tastes so much better. Boiled chicken gets kind of dried out. Even if you add something to the water to give it more flavor it still does not compare to the taste of fried chicken.

I don't fry chicken because I have high cholesterol and I'm trying to lose weight but I do love it that way.

I love fried chicken. Sometimes I boil it first so it gets done faster when I fry it.
